Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
To be eligible for a refund, your course must not have been accessed or completed. If you have already started the course, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
Exemptions
Several types of services are exempt from being refunded:
- Accessed or completed online courses
- Any course material that has been downloaded or viewed in any way
To complete your return
Please contact us at customersupport@edurva.in with your order details. Once we verify the refund eligibility, we will process it accordingly.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you will be notified by email, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses may be refunded. Sale items or promotional courses cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any course. If you wish to enroll in a different course, you will need to make a new purchase. If you encounter any issues with the course content or experience, please contact us at customersupport@edurva.in.
Gifts
If the course was marked as a gift when purchased, and you have not accessed it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. If the course has been accessed, unfortunately, no refund can be processed.
